ASTRA® C8-BDS HPLC column, 5.0 µm 150 mm × 4.6 mm, AST-5895-LK46

Astra C8-BDS and C18-BDS HPLC columns have been developed on a new type of silica gel to offer very close selectivity to conventional Base Deactivated Silica columns and their clones. Moreover, this stationary phase offers an excellent peak shape for basic compounds (due to a substantial reduction in the activity of the silanol groups). Last but not least, the Astra C8-BDS and C18-BDS columns are also very interesting from an economic point of view.
